On August 12, CAP organized a trip to Ottawa with the Omega Center for its residents in the appartment program and members of the Omega Center. It was a fun-filled day of sight-seeing as we made our way to Parliament Hill for a guided tour of the grounds where we learned some of the history surrounding Ottawa and the Parliament buildings.
